Studio:Blueprint

Service scope

Nature of the Service

The Studio:Blueprint diagnostic tools ("the Tool") produce automated diagnostic reports based on user-submitted answers. These reports are informational in nature and are generated algorithmically. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to business, financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Studio:Blueprint also provides The Forge, a custom diagnostic builder that allows consultants to create and deploy their own scored assessments to clients, and a suite of operating tools including the Proposal Builder, Engagement Health Monitor, and Client Portal.

No Professional Relationship

Use of the Tool does not create a client-consultant, client-adviser, or any other professional relationship between you and Howard Scott, Studio:Blueprint, or any affiliated entity. The output is a structured interpretation of your inputs, not a personalised professional engagement.

Limitations

Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

Before making any business decisions based on information in a generated report, you should consult qualified professionals appropriate to your circumstances, including but not limited to accountants, solicitors, financial advisers, and business consultants. The Tool cannot account for your complete financial situation, legal obligations, contractual restrictions, or personal circumstances.

Accuracy and Completeness

While the Tool applies structured logic to your inputs, the outputs are indicative estimates and directional guidance, not verified projections. Financial figures, team sizes, tool recommendations, and timeline estimates are illustrative. Market conditions, individual circumstances, and external factors will affect actual outcomes. No guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose is made.

AI and metrics

AI-Generated Content

Some outputs from Studio:Blueprint are generated or influenced by artificial intelligence, including narrative text, recommendations, and conversational interview responses in the Stack Interview. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. All numerical scores are calculated by deterministic scoring engines and are not subject to AI variation. Narrative text and recommendations produced by AI should be reviewed critically before acting on them. Studio:Blueprint takes no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content.

Cockpit Metrics

The Cockpit dashboard (Studio:Blueprint Operate) calculates and displays four operating metrics -- Health Index, Burnout Risk, Pipeline, and Runway -- using deterministic scoring engines applied to data you enter. These metrics are recalculated automatically each time your data changes. They are directional indicators designed to support commercial awareness and decision-making. They are not audited financial assessments, clinical health evaluations, or professional business valuations. They should not be used as the sole basis for significant financial, operational, or strategic decisions. Studio:Blueprint takes no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of Cockpit metrics.

The Forge and client diagnostics

Forge diagnostics are structured assessment tools built by consultants using the Studio:Blueprint platform. The scores produced by Forge diagnostics are deterministic: given the same answers, the same scores are always produced. However, the validity and relevance of a Forge diagnostic depends entirely on how it was designed by the consultant. Studio:Blueprint does not validate, review, or endorse the diagnostic frameworks, questions, or scoring logic created by consultants using The Forge. You should not rely solely on Forge diagnostic results when making significant business, commercial, or operational decisions.

Engagement Health Monitor

The Engagement Health Monitor calculates a health index for active client engagements based on data you enter (deliverables, time logged, scope changes). This index is a directional indicator only. It is not a professional project management assessment, financial audit, or legal evaluation. Studio:Blueprint takes no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of engagement health data.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Howard Scott, Studio:Blueprint, nor any affiliated entity shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Tool or reliance on its outputs. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or any financial loss.

Third-Party References

The Tool may reference third-party tools, services, or platforms (such as software products, pricing tiers, or service providers). These references are informational and do not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or affiliation. Pricing and availability of third-party services may change without notice.

Agents and governance

Agent-Initiated Actions

Studio:Blueprint provides an agent context API that allows external AI agents (such as OpenClaw) to read a structured summary of your Cockpit data. These agents may, at your instruction and with your approval, draft and send external communications on your behalf. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any agent-initiated action before it is executed. Studio:Blueprint is not responsible for the content, timing, or consequences of any communication sent by an external agent connected to your account. The human-in-the-loop approval requirement is a design feature of the integration, but Studio:Blueprint cannot guarantee that all agent platforms will honour it. You use third-party agents at your own risk.

Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of the Tool shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

This disclaimer may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Tool following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
