Assessment Products
These terms govern the purchase of diagnostic assessment products from Studio:Blueprint, operated by Howard Scott, sole trader, trading as Studio:Blueprint, England and Wales.
Our diagnostic products are offered exclusively to persons acting wholly or mainly for purposes of their trade, business, craft, or profession. By purchasing you confirm that you are doing so entirely in a business capacity and not as a consumer.
These terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to your diagnostic purchase and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or arrangements. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement or representation not expressly set out in these terms.
Where trial Cockpit access is included with a diagnostic purchase, the Cockpit Terms of Service govern that access. In the event of conflict, these Diagnostic Purchase Terms govern the purchase of the diagnostic product and the Cockpit Terms govern the subscription service.
Studio:Blueprint offers the following diagnostic assessment products:
Consultancy Blueprint -- £59. A structured assessment of your consultancy's commercial and operational maturity.
AI Maturity Audit -- £59. An assessment of your firm's current AI adoption and readiness.
CRM Maturity Audit -- £59. An assessment of your client relationship management practices and infrastructure.
Martech Stack Audit -- £59. An assessment of your marketing technology stack and its effectiveness.
Stack Interview -- £99. A structured diagnostic interview assessing your full technology stack and operational infrastructure.
Prices are exclusive of VAT and any similar taxes unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. VAT is not currently charged. If this changes, applicable taxes will be shown at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar indirect taxes in your jurisdiction, except taxes on our own income.
On completing a diagnostic assessment and payment being confirmed, you will receive a full written report delivered by email to the address provided at purchase.
Reports are generated using a deterministic scoring engine. Your scores are calculated directly from your answers. No artificial intelligence determines your scores. AI is used solely to generate narrative interpretation of your results.
Except as expressly set out in these terms, diagnostic reports are provided "as is" and all implied warranties, conditions, and terms are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Reports are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, employment, or any other form of regulated professional advice. You remain solely responsible for all business decisions made in connection with your results. We do not warrant any particular business outcome arising from your use of a report.
Paid diagnostic purchases include 30 days of access to the Studio:Blueprint Cockpit at the Independent tier, subject to the Cockpit Terms of Service available at studioblueprint.uk/legal. Access is delivered via a unique single-use link in your report email. This link is non-transferable and cannot be reactivated once expired.
Reports are digital products delivered by email, typically within minutes of assessment completion. Delivery is deemed complete when the report is made available to the email address provided or otherwise made available for download by us. If you do not receive your report within 24 hours please contact [email protected].
You agree to the immediate supply of your digital report on purchase. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that supply begins immediately on payment confirmation.
Diagnostic reports are digital products delivered immediately on completion of your assessment. As you have confirmed your business purchaser status and supply begins immediately on payment, purchases are non-refundable once your report has been generated and dispatched.
If a technical fault attributable to us prevents delivery or substantially impairs access to your report, contact [email protected] within 48 hours and we will investigate promptly and provide a remedy, which may include re-sending the report or, at our discretion, a refund.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in delivering your report where that failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control, including outages at cloud infrastructure providers, internet or telecommunications failures, acts of government or regulation, cyber incidents, or other events of force majeure. We will resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.
Your assessment responses are used solely to generate your report and to provide you with Cockpit trial access where purchased. We store your data on infrastructure hosted in the European Union. We act as data controller for your assessment data. We do not sell or share your responses with third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We process personal data in accordance with English data protection law and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
The diagnostic frameworks, scoring methodology, question sets, and report content are the intellectual property of Howard Scott trading as Studio:Blueprint.
Your report is licensed to you for your own internal business use and for sharing with your professional advisers. You may share it internally across your organisation. You may not publish, reproduce at scale, resell, white-label, or use report content to create competing products without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings, or business opportunity, arising from your purchase or use of a diagnostic report, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any diagnostic purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that diagnostic.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to a successor business or company, including on a transfer from sole trader to limited company structure, on written notice to you. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, contact [email protected] and we will respond within five business days.
These terms apply to purchases made at the time of purchase. We may update these terms for future purchases. The current version is always available at studioblueprint.uk/legal.
